They bring together each aspect of an event, from choosing an act to facilitating a successful performance. Entertainment Managers can be found in several industries as corporations of all sizes rely on their skills to pull off important events and keep the target audience satisfied. They work closely with marketing teams to create material that captures the experience being planned. Entertainment managers often maintain relationships with talent agents and venue owners to deliver consistent results.
An Entertainment Manager acts as a liaison between performers and the company or venue hiring them for a specific event. The primary functions of this role consist of finding and vetting various performers, supervising the event and managing a team tasked with keeping the event aligned with what the client had envisioned.
