Armed Security Officers spend most of their time patrolling an area or securing entrances. Their presence can help keep people under control and encourage them to follow the rules. If someone disturbs the peace in any way, the Armed Security Guard springs into action. They typically use a variety of de-escalation techniques to get the situation under control, but they might need to use their weapons in some situations.
