Talent Managers represent people working in creative fields, overseeing their contracts and ensuring they get favorable deals. People who work in Talent Management must have a keen eye for talented individuals, as their business model rests on finding creatives who will land jobs. They connect artists, musicians, dancers and writers with opportunities, negotiate contracts and introduce clients to agents. Talent Managers might also help creatives develop a personal brand and maintain a strong presence on social media.
