Store Shoppers work as both full-service shoppers and in-store shoppers. Full-service shoppers accept shopping orders via shopping apps, shop for listed groceries, process orders through checkout and use their personal vehicles to deliver orders to customer locations. In-store shoppers do not deliver orders. They access orders through shopping service apps, process and pack the items at checkout and then pass the completed orders on to a designated driver for delivery.
Store Shoppers are responsible for ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered to meet customer expectations, and they must often complete multiple shopping tasks within predetermined time windows.
