Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for verifying that all orders are accurate prior to shipping, and they handle the training and disciplining of warehouse staff. They keep detailed records of warehouse operations, and they meet with other department staff within the company when necessary.
A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff. Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment’s notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role.
