These professionals work with other members of the human resources department to hire, train and orientate new staff. Other duties include creating work schedules, monitoring and documenting staff performance and preparing reports. Staffing Coordinators ensure that the personnel requirements for each work shift complies with internal and external regulations. They also help employees understand their duties and responsibilities and the company’s operating procedures and rules.
