They Their job is to identify areas where employees need more education. They do this by conducting surveys and using information from company leadership. They may also bring in other professionals to help with training in areas of which they don’t have experience.

Their duties include working closely with company executives and department heads to determine areas for employee improvement, developing training courses for new and existing employees and establishing methods to track employee performance after the completion of training.
