Bankers provide services to customers within a bank. Bankers are often the first points of interaction for a customer when they enter the bank. Therefore, they must be able to create a welcoming environment for new and existing customers. While the tasks of Bankers may vary depending on how different financial institutions are structured, their main role is working closely with clients in determining and fulfilling their banking needs. A Banker discusses the advantages and disadvantages of their institution’s products and services while presenting these to cater to their clients’ personal needs. Resolving clients’ issues and perform administrative tasks such as documenting their information, and other related duties
