Maintenance Managers are the leaders of a company’s maintenance department. They supervise the company’s maintenance operations and processes. They’re also responsible for assisting with budget creation and tracking their expenses for the leadership team to review. Maintenance Managers will troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees to use. They also regularly visit the facilities they’ve previously worked on and inspect them to see if there are any clear problems that need to be fixed.
