A Utility Worker, also known as a Utility Person or Maintenance Worker, keeps the interiors and exteriors of buildings looking their best and in good repair. Some duties frequently included in a Utility Worker job description are making repairs to structures and landscaping, replacing light bulbs and broken fixtures and maintaining records of completed work orders.
