Talent Managers represent people working in creative fields, overseeing their contracts and ensuring they get favorable deals. Daily responsibilities are varied and require an entrepreneurial mindset and a confident demeanor. In addition to booking gigs, analyzing contracts and negotiating higher pay rates, they must be able to create marketing strategies and arrange performances.
