These associates step in during busy sales periods and help pick up slack where the normal sales team might become overwhelmed. They ensure customer loyalty and drive sales by making sure customers have easy access to their desired merchandise during popular shopping periods, such as Black Friday. Assisting customers with questions and recommendations on the sales floor or over the phone, with an awareness of current promotions or special items
Committing to work a regular schedule for the entirety of the season
Following store procedures regarding inventory control and loss prevention, including maintaining inventory logs
Processing transactions with the Point of Sale (POS) system quickly and accurately, with a focus on providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers

A Seasonal Associate must have a driven, personable attitude and willingness to undergo their primary duties while providing excellent customer service on the sales floor
The ability to follow detailed directions
Ability to stand for hours, bend and lift objects over 50 pounds
Math and computer skills to facilitate the use of company technology to ring up purchases and report inventory levels
