- Meeting deadlines and shelving goals following retail schematics
- Follow safety regulations and shelf compliance standards as presented by customers
- Communicate effectively with the customer, their staff and the reset team about the project while it’s being completed
- Coordinate communication between store owners and vendors regarding sales goals, promotions and other information pertinent to the display
- Tearing down old displays and replacing them with new ones, this task can include the use of power tools
- Organizing work and traffic flow with the reset team to avoid impeding customers while operating and maintaining a safe working environment
A competitive Reset Merchandiser will have certain skills and qualifications, including:
- A valid driver’s license may be required
- Attention to detail
- Dedication to following safety procedures at all times
- The ability to perform all required duties of the position, including lifting over 60 lbs, sitting and standing for hours and bending and reaching as needed
