They research and determine the clients’ needs to determine which features to include on products, always being well-versed on the goals for the product. Product Owners research the market, competitors and the industry as a whole to inform their decisions and ideas. They also pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders. Product Owners act as the primary contact between the Scrum teams, product development departments and stakeholders to ensure the products meet specific objectives.
