HR Managers typically work as the head of the human resources department for corporations across industries. They work closely with upper management to implement beneficial HR programs across departments. Their job is to host intro and exit interviews for employees, investigate employee complaints and lead presentations regarding workplace ethics, teamwork and productivity. They may also conduct performance reviews across departments to work with employees to create performance improvement plans.

An HR Manager, or Human Resources Manager, is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Their duties include hiring HR personnel, managing the hiring and onboarding procedures for other company employees and coordinating with members of their department to provide support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidents.
